AGP02

The formerly monk lamp, now AGP02. Making this piece allowed me to play with a simple shape, distorting it into a tall, slender structure that appears to be one continuous piece of wood from base to shade. The making was relatively simple but time consuming as it required three layers of thin strips, steam bending, and thousands of staples and glue to give it rigidity.  Despite being taller than me, the piece weighs less than 15 pounds when the interior formwork is removed.

Each lamp is carefully packed and shipped from our studio. Due to the size, weight, and fragility of these pieces, shipping costs are calculated individually and are not included at checkout.

New York delivery will be arranged separately through white-glove service or other appropriate methods, billed in a separate transaction.

Nationwide and international shipping rates vary by location and carrier and will be quoted after purchase.

Once your order is placed, we will contact you within 2–3 business days with shipping options, timelines, and pricing. Your order will ship after shipping costs are approved and paid.
